Resumen
Este artículo analiza los memes de internet y gamification como elementos para promover el ocio creativo. Por eso, una base teórica sobre los temas involucrados desarrollado. A continuación se presenta el Imgflip página web, un generador de memes de Internet. Se describen las características Imgflip y su interfaz gráfica. Este sitio web permite la creación de imágenes por los usuarios normales, siendo por tanto una poderosa herramienta para la expresión de la creatividad. Los estudios sobre los recursos de este tipo parece prometedor para el campo del diseño. Las funcionalidades, así como los créditos empleadas por los usuarios, pueden ser útiles para identificar las potencialidades y limitaciones.
This article discusses internet memes and gamification as elements to promote the creative leisure. For that, a theoretical background about the involved themes developed. Then it is presented the website Imgflip, a generator of internet memes. The Imgflip characteristics and its graphical interface are described. This website allows image creation by ordinary users, thereby being a powerful tool for the expression of creativity. Studies about resources like this seems promising for the design field. The functionalities, as well as the appropriations employed by the users, can be helpful to identify potentials and limitations.
