The technological revolution and the knowledge society modified business management and user behavior. Today, businesses must be characterized by ethics and transparency, be economically, socially and environmentally responsible and understand that they are to serve and not to dominate. Likewise, organizations must recognize the need to stop focusing on the product and adopt a strategy aimed at understanding and satisfying a customer or user increasingly demanding, informed and proactive.
