There are many institutions that warn about the dangers of misinformation and the infodemic in our daily lives. From politics, to health, to the exposure of minors to screens. In the digital age where hoaxes and post-truth dominate the public sphere, media and information literacy (MAI) becomes an indispensable tool to navigate the sea of ​​information and content that surrounds us. In a world where the Internet invades everything, it is necessary to empower all citizens, regardless of their age or origin, to function with judgment and security in the digital ecosystem. Mobile broadband, with its penetration of 87% worldwide, is consolidated as the gateway to the Internet for more than 6.8 billion people, 94.9% of children between 10 and 15 years old already surf the Internet, what education in the responsible use of technology becomes imperative for their safety and well-being (Fundación Telefónica, 2022).
